Everything starts with concept development. Using the latest methods, we create an optimally designed and legally compliant overall vehicle concept. We then develop the concepts in detail right up to series production maturity.
The aim of our vehicle body development is to develop complete body shells ready for approval right up to market launch in a coordinated process across all areas. We have proven expertise in all materials from steel, aluminum, hybrid construction right up to CFRP, which ensures that we can guarantee optimal lightweight construction.
We are also highly experienced in developing the entire interior (cockpit, seats, trim) and exterior (doors, covers) and to integrate electrical systems and electronic components. All development work is carried out under consideration of achieving optimal technological/design convergence.
During the projects, we always work closely with our customers' specialist departments. We constantly look forwards: working on concepts together with our customers that will make future mobility more sustainable and efficient.
