By using the latest simulation models, we develop solutions that intelligently deploy existing heat flows and distribute them usefully within the vehicle. We thus ensure comfort levels in the interior while achieving greater range, an important factor especially in the field of electromobility. Test-bench trials round off our thermal management portfolio.
Effective aerodynamics is another important factor for future mobility. Even the smallest improvements in the drag coefficient (Cd) can result in several hundred metres more range. Aerodynamics is increasingly a core design factor, especially in the field of electromobility. Vehicles with a good Cd value can also recharge their batteries better during recuperation phases of a journey.
In the early concept phase, we design vehicles together with our customers with a strong focus on achieving an optimal drag coefficient. In addition, we cover areas of expertise of the entire product creation process including development and design as well as flow engineering simulation and testing. Accompanied by independent project management, we offer our customers solutions right up to series production maturity.
